Joe has bootstrapped businesses in financial services, risk management, digital strategy, consulting, and investing with a focus on mergers & acquisitions. All these disparate lessons and experiences have led Joe to the journey that is NBDR with a focus on lean operations, stakeholder engagement, profitable multilayered monetization, and world-class scaled business development.

Joe is keenly aware of and has experienced the challenges associated with initiating internal systems and procedures, identifying and inspiring world-class staff, engaging with regulatory bodies, building integrated investment, and brand/product messaging.

Robert Rosenberg has served as the President of BittyBoomers since October 2018. Mr Rosenberg co-founder the California Burrito Co., with his brothers. They grew the Mexican restaurants to a chain of 32 locations. California Burrito Co was sold to Prudential Equity Investors. Mr. Rosenberg was the founder and CEO of Hypnotik Clothing, a private label domestic manufacturer from 2003 until 2016 when it was merged into a division of Jodi Kristopher Inc. Mr. Rosenberg received a B.S. from the Stern School of Business New York University and throughout his life has coupled his entrepreneurial spirit with his business endeavors.

Casey O’Connor is the creator of Bitty Boomers and leads our design and marketing teams. Prior to developing Bitty Boomers Casey worked at Fabrique Innovations for over 10 years as Creative Director of their Toy Division and oversaw product manufacturing. Prior to that, he was the Art Director at Rocket USA Inc. from 2007 to 2011. Casey received a B.A. from the Art Institute of Chicago.

Stefan is an experienced Principal and entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in Investment Management and international trade. Skilled in Negotiation, Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Asset Management, and Equities. Strong business development professional with a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Finance, Economics from University of Gothenburg.

Chris has 14 years experience in the IT industry, ranging from solidarity and full stack programming, hardware support, engineering and maintenance, to enterprise-level information system analysis, design, development, and implementation. He has specialization in intranet and extranet system development, enterprise applications integration, and business process automation. In addition, he has extensive experience with high-load enterprise 24/7 systems, stress testing, profiling, bottleneck analysis and performance optimization. Chris will lead a security-focused blockchain development team, ensuring a high-stability optimally-secured platform for all of NoBorder’s projects.

From Chris’ background in Air Force intelligence to earning dual B.S. degrees in Computational Mathematics and Biochemistry from Arizona State University, Chris has been engrossed in the connection between real world business applications, artificial intelligence, blockchain smart contracts, and code.

James has been developing themes and plugins for WordPress since 2010. Over the course of the decade, JAmes built a small marketing agency that realized dozens of bespoke websites.

Some of his products handle many millions of users per day. Chegg’s blogs (EasyBib, BibMe), for example, run on a tailored theme that James composed.

James developed the NeuroLeadership member portal, which allows companies to purchase a block of seats that can be assigned to different users with individual accounts. Block status is managed to add, expire, and renew member access to 500+ paywall restricted PDFs, videos, and other media.

Trent Lapinski is a crypto technology executive who made a name for himself nearly 20-years ago in Silicon Valley by live-blogging Steve Jobs keynotes on a hacked mobile phone. Trent has experience as both a former CEO and CMO, and has successfully bootstrapped a startup to over $1M in revenue which was sold for a successful exit. Trent is a data driven strategist with experience in marketing, product marketing, product management, remote team management (10+ years), business development, and venture capital.

Trent has made an impact on many open source projects, team chat, crypto cloud computing, automation, remote work, WordPress, podcasting, public speaking, and content creation.

David has been in the cryptocurrency space since mid-2017 and is currently the Project Director for the Litecoin Foundation, a non-profit entity whose sole purpose is to promote the awareness and adoption of Litecoin (and Bitcoin) to the world. He has worked with class organizations within and outside of the crypto ecosystem on everything from Litecoin integrations to partnerships with the UFC, Miami Dolphins and others. He is also the CEO & Co-Founder of Cornerstone Global Management, LLC, a fintech company whose products include the ability for employees to convert any percent of their pay into Bitcoin, Litecoin and/or Ethereum…as well as prepaid/debit cards with crypto tied to them as a payment or rewards option. Cornerstone also helps e-commerce merchants, social media apps and others to have crypto brought onto or moved off of their platforms as a service to their customers.

Jason is cofounder of International Consensus Association. He was rated as top People of Blockchain and top #1 ICO expert by ICOBench, Top #9 advisor by ICOHolder since 2018. He is a serial entrepreneur and managing consultant in enterprise software and ERP related business. In the last 15 years, David took different roles in the self-development industry as a coach and a consultant. He was also a seminar leader in France. He consulted and trained companies large & small, and thought leaders.

He is the Co-Founder of Serendip Corporate Services, an investment sourcing and fundraising company based in London.

David is the Co-Author of a French book about Mindful Leadership and was honored as well to be voted as one of the best speaker at the French NLP Convention in 2017.

Leveraging extensive experience in successful marketing initiatives and capital fundraising, David is a valuable advisor for an organization just starting out and building its brand or for an established company interested in expansion. His broad areas of expertise include investment making, fundraising, success coaching, leadership mastery.

David is also the Co-Founder of The Access Club, a membership club for shopisticated investors or HNWI who are looking for smart investments for accelerated prosperity. This project was the result of a mentorship program with Alex Mandossian.
